02 – Couples Counseling
Love can feel safe, grounding, and fulfilling. It can also feel painful, confusing, and distant. Many of the struggles in relationships aren’t just about the present—they’re shaped by the attachment wounds we carry. Using EFT, we work to understand the cycles of disconnection between you and your partner, helping you rebuild trust, deepen emotional intimacy, and create the secure bond you both need.

03 – Child & Adolescent Counseling (12+)
Growing up comes with its own set of questions, pressures, and emotions. This space is for teens to explore what they’re feeling, make sense of their experiences, and find ways to cope and grow. Psychometric assessments are included where helpful—to understand their strengths, challenges, and how they see the world. Parents are part of this journey too, with sessions that support better connection, communication, and understanding at home.
