I was eleven years old when I first saw a psychologist on television. In that scene, the psychologist was helping a scared child, offering them safety and understanding. And all I could think was—why wasn’t that me? I needed help, but I didn’t know how to ask. I didn’t even know help was something I could seek. That brief moment on screen stayed with me.

 I still remember her face, the way she held space for that child. It left an imprint on me long before I understood what it meant. Years later, when I found psychology, it felt like I had found something I had been searching for all along. Therapy became a gift—one that I received, one that I eventually learned to offer to others.

I hold an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, with a deep-rooted passion for understanding the human mind and supporting individuals through their healing journey. Alongside, I have completed an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance and Counselling, and am RCI Licensed, equipping me with specialized skills to work with children and families.
