"You speak like silence might give way,
But I’m not here to run or bloom.
I’ll sit with all you never said,
And hold the weight they left instead"

The First Spark: A Glimpse Into Help
I was eleven years old when I first saw a psychologist on television. In that scene, the psychologist was helping a scared child, offering them safety and understanding. And all I could think was—why wasn’t that me? I needed help, but I didn’t know how to ask. I didn’t even know help was something I could seek. That brief moment on screen stayed with me.
A Moment That Stayed With Me
I still remember her face, the way she held space for that child. It left an imprint on me long before I understood what it meant. Years later, when I found psychology, it felt like I had found something I had been searching for all along. Therapy became a gift—one that I received, one that I eventually learned to offer to others.
Role of Therepiest
As a psychotherapist, my role is not to fix you. It is not to decide what your life should look like. My work is about guiding self-exploration, challenging beliefs, and helping you discover the capacity that has always existed within you. Therapy is not something that happens to you; it is a journey you choose for yourself—a step toward growth, making the most of your life on your own terms.

Freud once said, "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
Humans Need Meaning and Connection
We cannot thrive without a sense of meaning, and true meaning often comes through connection with others..
Childhood Experiences Shape Us Deeply
Even the memories we can’t consciously recall continue to influence our fears, behaviors, and ways of relating to the world.
Generational Trauma Is Real and Impactful
We carry emotional burdens that originated before us—stories and pain passed down through generations.
Self-Exploration Is a Path to Authenticity
Healing isn’t just about addressing the present but understanding the deeper roots of our identity and past.

You are very approachable and friendly, and allow me to be heard. You are also not judgemental which was incredibly important to me before starting therapy. Also, the support in and out of sessions really makes the difference between someone that actually cares and does not, and for that I am so grateful to have your support on my healing journey!

Your sessions have been reallyyyy helpful to me!! I feel like you create a safe space for me to share my feelings and everything else. I feel validated and also my self confidence has increased a lot because of the way you show confidence in me.

"solution oriented which is like the best for me... She provides me with proper reasoning behind my action/reaction which definitely helps. Her helping me understand why i feel about something the way i do has helped me overcome a lot of blank spots in understanding my brain.

My therapy started in the month of January 2023, and it was done in virtual mode.
I was just done with my 12th boards and started college, that time was just so much changes, unresolved matters that caused anxiety.
I loved the whole experience and all the sessions. It was quite comforting and just helped me answer some of my existential questions and clarity on others. It was nice how we could talk about any topic and there was this worksheet to track my meals which kinda helped a lot.
You was very understanding and approachable about all the concerns I had. Navigating through college was a lot easier due to the sessions.
I think one of my major takeaways form the therapy would be putting myself first and how its fine to not be alright with something. Personally I have been mentally better about some things and have been more comfortable with being myself since then.
